About Me
Composer. Sound-Design. Educator.
I began on the path of a musician, learning piano and guitar from a young age, then dabbling with the saxophone, percussion, banjo, ukelele, trumpet... one instrument wasn't going to be enough, so I began creating my own pieces of music.
I studied guitar at the Academy of Contemporary Music, where I discovered the world of recorded sound and audio production. This led me to a BA (Hons) in Digital Music at the Univerisity of Brighton, where one module in synchronised music and sound production changed my life.
I went on to read an MMus in Composition for Screen at the Royal College of Music. Shortly after came my first commission to compose for film, from the Royal Shakespeare Company - where I have been a freelancer with their Film Unit ever since.

Job led to job and over the last 15+ years, I've enjoyed some fantastic opportunities from BBC dramas to multi-speaker art installations to feature films.
